Metal blanking is a critical upstream process in precision manufacturing. Using high-speed mechanical and servo presses ranging from 100 to 800 tons, we process sheet and coil materials up to 12 mm thick and 1500 mm wide.
Equipped with in-house designed progressive and compound dies, we achieve consistent part geometry with repeatability of ±0.05 mm and minimal burr formation (<20 µm). For complex contours or short production runs, we also offer laser blanking to eliminate tooling costs while maintaining dimensional precision.
Automated coil feeding lines with decoiling, straightening, and servo-controlled feeding enable efficient large-scale production, reaching up to 200 strokes per minute. Nesting is fully optimized to minimize scrap and maximize material usage.
All blanks undergo dimensional inspection via optical measurement systems and CMMs, with full quality documentation available upon request. Every batch complies with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, ensuring process traceability and readiness for immediate integration into forming, welding, or machining operations.
