We offer high-performance powder coating for ferrous and non-ferrous components, applying thermoset polyester, epoxy, or hybrid-based powders through automated electrostatic spray systems. Parts are pretreated via degreasing, phosphating, or sandblasting, depending on the substrate, to ensure optimal surface adhesion and corrosion resistance.
The powder is applied in a controlled booth environment with electrostatic guns delivering consistent film thickness between 60–120 µm. Curing is performed in convection ovens at 160–220°C, resulting in a cross-linked, impact-resistant coating that meets or exceeds ASTM D3359 and ISO 2409 standards for adhesion and durability.
Suitable for structural frames, enclosures, housings, and exposed components in industrial, construction, and transport applications, the coating offers excellent resistance to abrasion, solvents, salt spray, and UV degradation. Full colour matching (RAL/Pantone) and gloss level control are available, with coating quality verified through thickness gauges, adhesion testing, and accelerated aging cycles. All operations are carried out under ISO 9001-certified quality systems.
