Zinc coating solutions are available for steel and iron components that require controlled corrosion resistance, uniform appearance, and compatibility with secondary finishes. The process deposits a zinc layer-typically 5 to 25 µm thick-using an alkaline or acid-based electrolytic bath, depending on part geometry and performance requirements.

 

We support rack and barrel plating methods for both small fasteners and larger structural elements, ensuring full coverage and consistent thickness across complex surfaces. Optional post-treatments include hexavalent-free passivation (blue, yellow, black), trivalent chromates, and sealing to enhance corrosion performance and aesthetic quality.

 

Zinc-plated parts are ideal for indoor assemblies, enclosures, brackets, electrical housings, and mechanical subcomponents. They also serve as an excellent base for painting or powder coating. All plating is carried out under ISO 9001 and RoHS-compliant conditions, with inspection covering coating thickness adhesion, and corrosion resistance (salt spray testing on request).
