Using airless or electrostatic spray systems in controlled booth environments, we apply solvent- or water-based coatings with consistent film thicknesses ranging from 40 to 80 µm, depending on the application requirements.
Prior to painting, all parts undergo surface preparation, including degreasing, shot blasting, or phosphating to ensure optimal adhesion and coating performance. We support a wide range of primer and topcoat systems (epoxy, polyurethane, alkyd), tailored to withstand corrosion, UV exposure, humidity, and mechanical wear.
Color matching is available to RAL, Pantone, or customer-specific codes, with optional gloss, matte, or textured finishes. Curing cycles are adapted to paint chemistry and part geometry, ensuring full crosslinking and long-term stability.
